Elite Restorations

A family business,since 1993.

Elite Restorations is family-owned and operated in Houston. The people who plan your project are the same people who pick up the phone.

Our story

Learned on job sites, passed down.

George Rodriguez began working in construction at 17, alongside his father. Years of hands-on work and mentorship followed, and when his father retired, George took over the company and kept it going.

Today his son, George III, works in the business too. That continuity shows up in how we work: the same values, the same attention to the unglamorous parts of a job, and a long view of every relationship with a client.

We began as remodelers and grew into restoration because the two are closely related. Knowing how a house goes together makes us better at repairing it after a storm or a leak, and knowing how it fails makes us better at building it back.

How we work

Three habits we hold onto.

  1. 01

    Show up.

A first call that gets answered, a walkthrough that happens when we said, and a crew that arrives ready to work.

  2. 02

    Say it plainly.

Clear scopes, straightforward pricing conversations and honest advice, including when the answer is to repair rather than replace.

  3. 03

    Finish properly.

Grout lines, trim joints, cleanup. The details people notice last are the ones we check first.

The team

Who you will talk to.

A small office and experienced crews, so your project has a name and a number attached to it from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Process

The same six steps, every time.

  1. 01

    Consult

We come to you, look closely, and listen. A walkthrough of the space, measurements, an inspection of what is behind the surfaces, and a conversation about what you want and what is realistic.

  2. 02

    Plan

Materials and budget, settled before work begins. We help you choose materials and finishes, review the budget together, and define the scope so there are few surprises later.

  3. 03

    Prepare

The work you never see, done properly. Protecting your home, then demolition or surface, subfloor and site preparation, because good finishes depend on what is underneath.

  4. 04

    Build

Skilled hands on the actual work. Installation or restoration carried out by our team, with one point of contact for questions along the way.

  5. 05

    Finish

Details, checked twice. Sealing, trim, grout, touch-ups and quality checks, so the small things look as good as the big ones.

  6. 06

    Walk through

We clean up, then we walk it with you. A final cleanup and a walkthrough of the finished work, so you see it, question it and sign off with confidence.
