About Roof Replacement
A roof replacement is the chance to put the right system on the house: the material, the underlayment, the flashing and the ventilation, planned as one roof rather than a patchwork of repairs.
We inspect, say whether the roof can be repaired or needs to come off, and install the new one. Material, color and profile change how the house reads from the street.

Built for Houston
The roof the house shows, and the one it needs.
Replacing a Houston roof is both a street-facing upgrade and a full system: shingles or metal, underlayment, flashing and vents, detailed together. Brick houses in Memorial and Bellaire and newer roofs in Katy, Pearland and The Woodlands all get that same sequence.
We photograph what we find, say whether repair or replacement makes sense, and install the new roof. Ventilation is part of the replacement, and the color and profile are chosen for the elevation you see from the street.
01
Material and profile
Architectural asphalt is common. Metal, tile and composite are options when the look and the structure call for them.
02
The whole system
Underlayment, valleys, pipe boots and attic vents go in with the new roofing, not as an afterthought.
03
How the house reads
A brick Memorial roof and a newer Katy or Woodlands roof can take different color and profile. We choose both with the elevation.
