Water & storm damage

Water coming in?Start here.

Roof open to the weather, a burst pipe, or water on the floor. Call first if you can. Otherwise, send the request below and we will call you back.

Before we arrive

  1. 01

Stop the water if it is safe

For a plumbing leak, shut off the main water valve. Stay out of standing water near outlets, appliances or the breaker panel, and stay off a wet or damaged roof. If you are unsure, call us.

  2. 02

    Photograph before you clean up

Wide shots of each room, close-ups of the damage, and anything that is wet. Your insurer will ask for them, and they show us what we are walking into.

  3. 03

    Send the short request

Tell us what happened and where. Photos are optional but help. We call you back and plan the tarp, extraction or drying from there.

Text a list to whoever is there.

A short first-night checklist for an active leak or an open roof. It saves on the phone and feeds the claim packet your adjuster can take.

Requests that reach us during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) get a call back the same day. After hours, we call the next morning we are open.

Once the emergency is handled, we rebuild what was damaged, and we also plan kitchens, baths and floors.
